All bibles will be mailed with tracking and insurance. Choose between media mail or first class.  

*****RETURN POLICY*****

Due to the custom nature of this business, NO returns will be accepted on ANY bibles. Please double and triple check your spelling for custom name engraving, as it will be copied and pasted directly from the box in which you type. Please do your own research to make sure you are happy with the bible version you are choosing.

Please allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for custom orders.

 

925 Custom Bibles – Terms, Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

Our Care Commitment:

At 925 Custom Bibles, we treat every sacred text with deep respect and reverence. We take every precaution to handle your Bible with the utmost care while it is in our possession.

  1. In-Care Disclaimer & Replacement Remedy:

    While 925 Custom Bibles exercises maximum care when handling your Bible, in the event that your Bible is accidentally damaged, lost, or destroyed while in our physical care or possession, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be a replacement item of similar style or category, up to a maximum retail value of $50.00 USD.

  2. Sentimental & Historical Value Disclaimer:

    925 Custom Bibles is not responsible or liable for any sentimental, personal, family, historical, or unique value attached to the submitted Bible. Please do not send family heirlooms, irreplaceable items, Bibles containing handwritten notes/family records, or items whose monetary or sentimental value exceeds $50.00.

  3. Waiver of Liability:

    You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge 925 Custom Bibles, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

    • The loss, damage, or destruction of your submitted Bible during transit or processing.

    • Any disagreement regarding the selection, quality, condition, or estimated monetary value of a replacement item provided.

    • Any emotional distress or loss related to personal, sentimental, or spiritual value.

  4. Shipping & Delivery:

    925 Custom Bibles is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit by third-party shipping carriers. We strongly recommend that all customers ship their incoming Bibles to us with full tracking and shipping insurance. All outbound Bibles shipped back to customers by 925 Custom Bibles are shipped with tracking and shipping insurance equal to the total purchase value of the order.

  5. Engraving Eligibility, Pre-Evaluation & Return Shipping:

    Not all Bibles are eligible for engraving. Eligibility is determined based on cover material, age, fragility, and overall condition. Customers are required to send clear photos of their Bible prior to shipment for preliminary evaluation. Final eligibility is determined upon physical inspection by 925 Custom Bibles. In the event a Bible is sent and determined to be ineligible for engraving due to its condition, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Items left unclaimed without payment for return shipping after 30 days of notification will be deemed abandoned and disposed of or donated.

  6. Custom Text & Natural Material Variations:

    Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom text, spelling, and design details prior to submission; 925 Custom Bibles is not responsible for customer input errors. Due to variations in leather, synthetic covers, and finishes, final engraving depth, color, and texture may vary slightly, which is a natural aspect of custom engraving.
